Susie has been riding for 42 years and teaching for 26 years. Her students have competed in all levels of dressage, eventing and jumping.

Susie began her career in Colorado showing jumpers, then changed to eventing and dressage. Susie achieved Preliminary Champion in Eventing, and First and Second Level Champion in Dressage. She competed nationally through Open Intermediate Level Eventing and earned her Bronze and Silver medals and competed nationally through Prix St. Georges in Dressage.
